Hi my sisters!
It's Kandi Rose again. Just wanted to say how great it was starting out the day praying with Suellen and Terre ( I couldn't hear the other sisters name very well but I think it was Terre). That was my first time calling in and I really was blessed. We each took turns praying. Sisters, I encourage you, if haven't called in, do it if you can and you'll know what I mean. Prayer makes the difference!!
Love and prayers for your families and ministries. Let's stay focused on the mission he's given us, the Harvest Field! Jesus is coming soon!
Love Kandi Rose

Hi Suzie,
Welcome to WCM. We have something in common. I'm an author also. Many of the WCM members are on Facebook. My close friend Tracey Mitchell urged me to get on and I love it. I'm going to see if you're on also. Check it out if you're not and click on my name. I love making new friends. Hope to meet you someday and give you a hug.
Love your new friend and sister in Christ, Kandi Rose

Hi Sisters!
Just want to encourage anyone who may be experiencing some sorrow. Thanksgiving Day was my mom's birthday and the next day she went to live with Jesus. I had went to Illinois, near Chicago, to be with her, twice in the last 2 weeks. She was on life support and seen her suffer. When she breathed her last breath my oldest daughter had her head laid on her chest. I think that was so special as she had been raised by my mom for the first year of her life and had laid her head on her chest many times as a baby. I have 2 radio programs and used this time of sorrow to reach out to many others who are feeling grief to tell them of THE COMFORTER, JESUS!
As you know I put on the forum about my husband being with another woman. Well I used that experience to help other wounded people on my radio program. I ministered as, Woman at the Well in drama and preached about that devastating incident as well. By the way God truly has been healing my broken heart and I have such a peace that no alcohol, drugs or man could give me.
Romans 8:28 LET US PUSH PAST the PAIN & PURSUE our PURPOSE (LIKE JESUS DID) Everything meant for bad can be turned for good and GOD BE GIVEN THE GLORY!!!!!!! I pray YOU will be encouraged or tell someone who is feeling sorrow about Rms: 8:28     Love you, Kandi Rose

This week has been a real eye-opener for me.  God took a thought and made it into reality before I'd even had the time to send out a letter or an email or a request to our donors!  One of our constituents emailed me this week and asked if we had any projects going on. I looked at his giving record and saw $25 once or twice and $100 a couple of times and nothing since 2004.
I wrote back with four projects that were at the top of my list.  One of them was creating a new product that I hadn't even told our donors about yet!  This man picked up that thread and we shot emails to each other over the course of two days with all the descriptions I could get about my idea.  Then...he sent me a wonderful email that brought about a 'Hallelujah' shout from my office!  A $10,000 offer to fund this project!  My staff came running thinking something had happened to me.  It had!  I had just realized that God can even take our thoughts and make them into reality!  HE KNOWS!  HE cares and sees our hearts desire.  Praise the Lord!

Hi sisters in Christ!
My name is Kandi Rose. I'm an Evangelist/Author/Radio Host. As women who are in Christian Media we face all kinds of problems because the enemy would like to sidetrack us from the divine destiny God has for us. I want to be transparent and tell you of my situation, not for pity but to encourage you who are in a difficult time right now.(physically or emotionally) I caught my husband in bed with a woman 5 weeks ago. I had been praying for restoration and was quite shocked. It was on a Sunday morning at 6:45am. When I left I didn't even want to go to church. I can say it was by God's precious voice and strength I found myself going and began to give a sacrifice of praise. Each day my loving God has spoke to me giving me HOPE and COMFORT. I've pressed on going to church, ministering to others, doing my weekly radio programs and drawing closer to my Good Shepherd. The old me would have resorted to alcohol & drugs and of course hopping into bed with someone to find comfort in someones arms. This is not being shared for you to have pity for me as this is making me more anointed to reach so many that are lost and HURTING. More COMPASSION and determination.
So I encourage you also to, PUSH PAST the PAIN & PURSUE YOUR PURPOSE. This life is not about us, it's about JESUS & REACHING THE LOST & HURTING who don't know they are not alone through their pain and they don't have to resort to their way of finding relief.
People are also looking to us to see how we handle trials. My mother led me to the Lord because when I needed peace for a very stressful situation I thought about how mama had peace through any physical & emotional problem. She has osteo, fibromyalga, & rheumatoid arthritis. She has joy!
I know God is having me write this to encourage you or someone you know. I Cor.15:58
Remember God WILL MAKE SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL out of any trial. Rms. 8:28 Jesus loves you and so do I. Let me hear from you.
Love Your Sister, Kandi Rose

Hi Ladies,

I'm excited that I have an appointment with a TV station owner who is interested in my TV program concept enough to give me his time.  His station has the equipment and staff to produce and broadcast the project and I have another network elsewhere who has expressed serious interest in broadcasting the project if I can get it produced.

I am preparing for my meeting and am over my head in trying to write the business plan especially since there are so many unknowns.  I know we can write potential scenarios into a business plan...but if any of you have done this or knows someone who has and can connect me real quick, I'd appreciate it.  I'm under the clock...
